. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال (Return and Refund Policy)

We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Since our t-shirts are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

 

نقبل الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو تلف في المنتج عند وصوله. نظراً لأن التيشيرتات تُطبع عند الطلب، لا نقبل الاسترجاع بسبب اختيار مقاس خاطئ أو تغيير الرأي. يرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات بعناية قبل الطلب. إذا استلمت منتجاً تالفاً، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام مع إرفاق صور للعيب.
